There was a live auction, with lots including; two tickets to the Investec Test match England v India at Lords Cricket Ground and a bottle of Whisky from the House of Commons, signed by David Cameron.

Mike Twomey, (Chairman of the Ealing MS Society) gave a presentation about the Ealing Branch and its work in the local community and was delighted to be presented with a cheque at the end of the night, by Bobby Grewal (Chairman of the India Association) for £6,000. He said of the event,

“those of us who attended the Diwali Dinner & Dance event thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The event raised lots of awareness of MS and a fantastic amount for the Ealing Branch, which will be used to improve the quality of life for those suffering with MS in the local community. We are extremely grateful to Bobby Grewal and the team at the India Association for their fantastic support and also to Ranjit Mann of Castle Hill Property Services, for nominating the Ealing MS Society to benefit.”
