- Otterburn To Corbridge...there were a few toooooooo many hills
Description
Today Monday 9th our 6th day….
Mrs Singh made porridge for breakfast…and we set off from Ponteland towards Jedburgh in the campervan to our start point. Junction of A68 and A696 towards Corbridge.
The weather is just so hot…hot but as we are very high the wind is strong today…
Today’s terrain was a real test for both, a little injury for me as my right hamstring sprung…..no worries live to tell the tale…We stopped at a lay by had lunch…will be setting off soon..
We met lots of nice people on the way and the ladies at Ridsdale Post Office.
Another food van gave us donations Steve. We stopped there for a little break to set off to Corbridge.
